A: We recommend downloading an eSIM (such as Airalo) or activating international roaming on your original number before entering the country. These apps usually work directly while roaming, without any additional tools.
Q: Does China not accept cash now? What if I don't have Alipay?
A: Alipay now supports linking international credit cards (Visa/Mastercard).

Q: Is Google Maps accurate in Shanghai?
A: Google Maps has some latitude and longitude deviations in China. Our recommendation is to use Apple Maps (it has English support and accurate location services) or download Amap (Gaode Maps). Our drivers will use the most accurate local navigation in real time to ensure you avoid traffic jams.
Q: I heard it's difficult to get a taxi in Shanghai, especially with a lot of luggage?
A: Regular taxis often have gas canisters in their trunks, which can't fit more than two large suitcases. Booking our Buick GL8 (7-seater) can easily accommodate 4-6 28-inch suitcases, making it the safest choice for business groups and families.
